Facilities

Both The Granary and The Dairy have the following:

A full working kitchen - Family fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, electric oven and hob, washing machine, tumble dryer, crockery, pots and pans and utensils.

In the under stairs cupboard - Highchair,  Iron and ironing board, hoover, hairdryer, cleaning products, bucket & dustpan and brush, 1 disposable BBQ( supplied during warmer months).

We have a travel cot available at each property, though this is just the half padded mattress type. We do not supply a thick foam mattress or any type of bedding, please bring your own.

Our gardens are enclosed with fence and have a patio/decking area with a BBQ stand for you to put your disposable BBQ on.

All bedding , which the exception of the cot,  and towels are provided but we do ask if you are bringing a dog you bring you own throws to cover our white bedding on the beds. Unfortunately muddied bedding may be charged for if we can't get it out.

We have parking for up to 3 cars per cottage.

We have our own personal dog walk on site around the perimeter of our farmland. Please note:  In periods of bad weather it is advisable to use suitable footwear i.e. walking boots or wellies or all of the track may not be passable.

We provide a small amount of complimentary supplies like tea, coffee, washing up liquid, toilet rolls, dishwasher tables, hand soap etc.  but these may not necessarily last the full duration of your stay.

The Dairy sleeps up to 8 and is 4 bedroomed made up of 1 x double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom on the ground floor with a family bathroom with step in shower enclosure.

Upstairs you'll find 1 double bedroom and a bunkbed room and another family bathroom with a bath and hand shower hose over bath. 

The Granary sleeps up to 6 and is 3 bedroom. There is a downstairs bathroom with step in shower. Upstairs there are 2 double bedrooms and a twin bedroom and  another family bathroom with a shower over bath. 

ALL children/ infants must be included in the total number of guests of 8 and 6 when booking please.

We have an electric gate on the drive and self check in key safe for each cottage. You will be notified of the codes by text message on the evening before your arrival. Please observe our 10mph speed limit on our drive.
